sunmeow
The host side: it streams a computer's desktop to moonmeow.
info: sunmeow — runs on your own devices: there's no public service to check
what it is
- Sunmeow runs on your computer, captures its desktop and streams it to moonmeow on your phone.
- It is meant for real coding and office work from a phone, not for game sessions.
- It is a fork of Sunshine: nearly all of its code is Sunshine's, and it stays under the GPL-3.0.
how it works
- It captures the screen, encodes it as video on the GPU and streams it to the client; input from the client is replayed on the desktop.
- It follows upstream Sunshine rather than Apollo, so it keeps upstream's Linux capture and encoding fixes.
- Its main target is a Linux desktop.
